Our Elderflower Mist Sparkling

Our refreshing, delicately flavoured light (2 % alcohol) Elderflower Mist sparkling is handcrafted in small batches in the shed on our farm on Nullo Mountain, a place of great significance to the Dabee people of the Wiradjuri nation.

Each Elderflower Mist variety is created using the traditional artisanal petillant naturelle (pét nat for short) method. Elderflower Mist contains no additives or preservative and features ingredients we grow here on the farm or source locally from organic suppliers combined with water from our very own mountain spring.

The result is a unique product - refreshing with sweetness and acidity balanced perfectly with sidenotes of ginger, lemongrass and rosewater. An easy drinking yet complex low alcohol drink with only 2 % alcohol you can indulge without regret by itself or mix with your favourite white spirit.
