Berries are added to a base of our signature Elderflower Mist sparkling and allowed to ferment in the vat before bottling. In true pét nat style, the natural yeasts continue to do their work as the drink develops in the bottle. The result of this process is an easy drinking low-alcohol (only 2%) drink that is best served chilled.
More complex than our signature Elderflower Mist sparkling, a note of rosewater comes to the fore as hints of guava, paw paw and Elderflower recede into the background. We encourage you to enjoy Elderflower Mist Crimson Delight with abandon as you celebrate those special occasions without regret the next morning.
