Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to a week to process your order as we live on a remote rural property along a very rough dirt road and normally only do a town run once a week, usually on a Wednesday but sometimes on Tuesday or Thursday to accommodate appointments of various kinds.

However, during peak demand times, such as around Christmas, Mothers’ Day etc., we try to do twice weekly town runs to accommodate the increase in orders. Expect an email, and SMS if you have given us your mobile number, within a week to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within one week, sometimes sooner, using Australia Post which has a delivery timeframe of 2-7 working days from our location. A flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders of $140.00 or less.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

Orders above $140.00 in value are shipped free, Australia wide.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@elderflowermist.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
