Handcrafted at Widden Brook Farm on Nullo Mountain, near Rylstone NSW; Elderflower Mist Sparkling Wild Mountain Hop started off as a limited run outside-of-the-box take on our signature low-alcohol sparkling drink. However, it was so popular that it sold out in a matter of months, and we added it to our range as a permanent variety.

Like our Elderflower Mist Sparkling 'Classic', Wild Mountain Hop has been created with elderflower blossoms, organic raw cane sugar and citrus along with pristine water from our very own mountain spring. A week out from bottling we add in some hops sourced from a regeneratively managed hop farm on the south coast of NSW. Again, like our 'Classic' all our ingredients are grown or certified organic and there are no colours, flavourings, preservatives or sulphites added.

We ferment the small batches in vats before bottling and in true pét nat style, the natural yeasts continue to do their work as our Wild Mountain Hop ages in the bottle. The result of this process is an easy-drinking yet complex low-alcohol (only 3.0 %) beverage that is best served chilled. It can be drunk by itself or mixed with whisky, dark rum, dry bourbon or another favourite dark spirit.    

The sweetness of the elderflower balances perfectly with the bitterness of the hops, downplaying the acidity while adding top notes of ginger, caramel and cinnamon. We encourage you to enjoy Elderflower Mist Wild Mountain Hop sparkling irresponsibly as you celebrate every day.
